Congratulations to Barbara Brogdon who was presented the 2008 Outstanding Business Award at the 24th Annual Distinguished Service Award Luncheon, sponsored by the Red Bank Council of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce.  Mrs. Brogdon is the Owner of The Gallery and President of the Red Bank Business Association.
